    As someone who suffers with Clinical Depression and Anxiety this strain helped my body relax but kept my brain clear. For me I need something that will shut my brain down as well as relax my body a lot of the time so maybe not the strain for me. Saying that though it is a lovely strain and if your looking for a clear headed high then this could be for you. I can understand why people love this and I would be happy to have it along with a more brain numbing strain for those days when I need to stop those dark thoughts and help me sleep.
