Becoming a member is free and easy! As long as your 19 years of age or older and live in Canada you can become a member.
Simply create an account and fill in your information. All members will earn points with every purchase made.
To place an order, add the products you would like to add to your cart. This can be done by hovering over the “Add to cart” button.
Click the cart to view the items in your cart.
When ready to check out, click “Proceed to check out”

Sorry as of now we only ship Canada wide.
There is no minimum order, however orders that are less then $150.00 will be charged an additional $20 shipping fee.
If your order has not arrived, please check your tracking for an initial estimate of arrival. Please give it an extra few days before contacting support as orders can arrive later then the expected date.

All items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order can be cancelled either by contacting our customer service rep, or via under your account orders.
All orders will be shipped same day if we receive payment before 12PM PST. However you will still need to wait for an initial scan from Canada Post

Payment
Paying for your order is super simple. We currently accept payment by Email Transfers or by Bitcoin. Follow the instructions given upon checking out. If you are having a hard time please contact support.
Supreme now accepts payments in BTC, ETH, USDT (ERC-20), and XRP.
Please follow the instructions given upon checking out. Please ensure the address you copied is the correct address.
Once paid, if you don’t receive a confirmation email within 1-2 hours, its most likely you paid the wrong amount and our system couldn’t match your payment with your order. If that’s the case, please reach out to us on live chat or email us: info@supremedispensary.com

All orders over $150.00 will qualify for free shipping. Otherwise there will be a $20.00 charge.
Once your payment has been submitted if paid by email transfer please wait and give it time for the payment to arrive. Once the payment has been accepted you will also be notified by your bank
If payment was sent by BTC please wait for the confirmation. Once confirmed and the correct payment has been made. Your order will be changed from on-hold to processing.
Shipping
Payment that has been made before 12PM PST and received will be shipped same day. If the cut off time has passed your package will go out the following day.
It may take up to 24-48 hours for the scan to occur. Rest assure the package has been dropped off. If there are no scans within a few days please contact support for further assistance.
If your package has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please give it an extra few days as the courier company could be a bit busy or behind schedule.
Once a few days have passed and the package has still not arrived please contact support.
If your package is being sent to a different location please contact support. However you do not have to worry as this usually means the courier company placed the package on the wrong plane/truck and will reroute back to it’s destination.
Once the package arrives please take a video/photo of the unboxing to ensure you receive everything you’ve purchased. If an item is incorrect or missing please send the video/photo to info@supremedispensary.com
If there is a missing item or wrong item we will issue you a credit under your account. These credits do not expire
Currently, our couriers do not offer this option.
We are not held responsible if the package has an incorrect address and has been sent back to us. No resend and or credit will be issued.
